Our Team.

The Indian Corporate Law Review is a student-led initiative dedicated to providing sharp, analytical, and accessible commentary on developments in Indian corporate and commercial law. Founded and managed by graduates and current students from the country’s premier law schools, National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU), NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and National Law University, Jodhpur — the platform seeks to bridge the gap between academic insight and practical industry relevance.

Our team comprises individuals with varied experience in top-tier law firms, policy think tanks, and commercial litigation chambers, bringing together a wide spectrum of perspectives from across the legal and financial sectors. Through this platform, we aim to foster critical discussion on themes ranging from corporate governance, securities regulation, insolvency law, competition law, and M&A trends to developments in arbitration, fintech regulation, and ESG compliance.

We believe that the rapidly evolving corporate law landscape in India deserves a space where legal developments are examined not only through the lens of doctrine but also with a view to their commercial, policy, and institutional implications. Our content is curated to be valuable both for seasoned professionals and for students looking to deepen their understanding of commercial law and practice.

The Indian Corporate Law Review is driven by the ethos of academic rigour, independence of thought, and a commitment to legal clarity. We are always looking to collaborate with scholars, practitioners, and students who share our passion for commercial law and its real-world impact.
